Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QRaft ("QRaft", the "Service", "we", "us"), a QR code service at qr.linkom.app operated by an individual sole proprietor based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

QRaft lets you design QR codes, host content behind them (files, images, video, menus, coupons and feedback forms), and see scan analytics. Paid plans add features such as smart routing, a custom domain and an API.

Static codes contain their content directly and keep working without an account. Dynamic codes point to a short link that we host, so you can change where they lead after printing.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information, keep your password secure, and be at least 18 years old or have a parent's or guardian's permission. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use QRaft to:

• send people to phishing pages, malware, scams or deceptive content;
• host or link to illegal content, or content that infringes other people's rights;
• send spam or harass anyone;
• get around plan limits, overload the Service, or misuse the API.

We may pause or remove codes and content that break these rules, and suspend accounts that do.

4. Plans and payments

QRaft offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business), billed monthly, every 3 months or yearly. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles billing, taxes and invoices.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing page, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown in US dollars, and taxes are added where required. If we change prices, the change applies from your next billing period after notice.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. When a paid plan ends

All your codes keep working for 3 months after a paid plan ends. After that, dynamic codes beyond the 3 that the Free plan keeps are paused, never deleted, and they work again as soon as you subscribe.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you create and upload. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Service. You are responsible for your content, for having the rights to use it, and for telling the people who scan your codes how you use any information they send you.

7. Availability

We work to keep QRaft fast and available, but the Service is provided "as is" and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Test your codes before printing them in large numbers.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRaft is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, or ask us to by emailing qr@linkom.app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms. Static codes you have already printed keep working, because their content is inside the code; dynamic codes stop working when the account that owns them is deleted.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. Using the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
